Bracket supports of floating cages for fish farming
waiting for your questions
Cage frame is composed with HDPE pipes and bracket supports. Different dimension and bracket layout can be used in the cage construction.
High density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes are widely used as the main material for the construction of floating cages.
Moreover, HDPE pipes are an excellent material for cage construction because they are durable, flexible, shockproof, resistant to ultraviolet (UV) light and require relatively little maintenance, if installed correctly.
The bracket is a structural element of the cage collar that binds the pipes together to form the cage collar.
Bracket robustness is essential to cage reliability.
The bracket design include two seats for the main floating pipes (from 225 to 315 mm O.D). On the top of the stanchion, a seat is available where the handrail is lodged (pipe 110 mm O.D.).
The brackets equipped with specific attachment points for the net and sinker system, which can be secured with lines or ropes.
The bracket has special holes for fixing the flooring (width over 300 mm.)
